I’m a triathlete, a suit, a runner, a gear junkie, and an Ironman. When I was a kid I was never a runner, swimmer, or great bike rider. In fact, I was pretty bad at all three. I always thought that my body was “just not designed to be a runner” etc. This whole new adventure started in 2003 when I did my very first triathlon and realized how much food I could eat after. Since that day I have been on a constant search to prove that I am capable of whatever I want to do. I’m convinced that someone will, at some point, tell me to stop wasting time and precious money on this childish pursuit…but until then I will keep chasing the dream. RACE EVIL!
My dear friend let me begin by telling you that this ain’t a childish dream, or maybe it is and that is what needs to change in the world. It could have more adults that still believe in their “childlike” dreams and go after them!!!
So I say to you: yes follow them, follow where your heart takes you have fun doing it, listen to others but thrust your inner wisdom, that way you can have lots of story to tell your kids
be safe
